Blaze TV’s Pat Gray, host of the show “Pat Gray: Unleashed,” has offered one of the simplest and easiest to follow recipes involving kale to date.
It’s so simple, in fact, that the video explaining the recipe is only a couple minutes long.
This is for those who are thinking about purchasing kale or who happen to have some kale in the fridge at home but don’t really know what to do with it or how it is to be prepared.

First of all, we don’t consider kale to be a real food. It is something to be passed over at the grocery store for something tastier. It’s best to think of it as a bunch of bitter weeds growing on the edge of the property when you go to a neighborhood barbeque. Just because it is good for you and has a plethora of health benefits does not mean it should be eaten. Just leave it where it is and grab yourself a steak or a brat.
Second of all, somebody brought “Cheesy Kale Bites” to a recent office party, and I have yet to get over the mistake of putting one of those in my mouth. Kale is very bitter and no matter how much cheese you try to cover that taste with, it is going to remain bitter.
